Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows me to work one-on-one with you to address your emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. This can be especially beneficial because the sole focus will be on you and what you hope to achieve. I believe it is of the utmost importance that you do not ignore your own identity and instincts. I am here to work alongside you to help you better understand your struggles and empower you to trust yourself to make changes on your own terms.

I will provide a safe and confidential space to support you through any difficulties you may have. Individual therapy can be long term or short term, and is based on your needs, which depends on many factors. As we work together you may find it easier to implement strategies and tools practiced in therapy on your own outside of our sessions.

Therapy can be intimidating and I want to help you feel comfortable to go at your own pace. It is a privilege for you to allow me to be a part of your journey toward healing. I am actively in therapy so I can address my own relational traumas and understand what the experience is like on the other side for my clients.
