Shift from pleasing others to confidently honoring yourself.
Online Therapy in California
I help anxious people pleasers who second-guess every decision, break free from guilt and the overthinking cycle so they can feel confident in who they are.
Do any of these sound familiar?
“Why do I feel so guilty saying no?”
“Am I trying to do everything for everyone?”
“Why do I overthink every conversation?”
Maybe you feel…
Inadequate, inferior, and not good enough.
Like you can’t trust in yourself to have your own opinion, belief, or make a decision you feel good about.
Overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts that keep you from falling asleep or feeling in control.
Fearful of trusting others, worrying they may reject, abandon, or judge you.
Like you walk on eggshells around others, scared to say the wrong thing so you shut down and don’t speak up.
Uncomfortable to disagree with others so you “keep the peace” instead of protecting your own peace.
I want to help you break free from these patterns so you can prioritize yourself, your needs, and feelings to have fulfilling and reciprocal relationships.
Hi, I’m Alexa
I’m a psychotherapist who specializes in helping people pleasers and anxious over thinkers, stuck in toxic or one-sided relationships. Together, we will work on setting boundaries without guilt, breaking free from the fear of disappointing others, and learn how to speak up without spiraling.
As someone who personally understands what anxiety feels like and how much it can harm relationships, I recognize the hard and very important work in getting back in control of your life.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Whether you struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, or staying in relationships that drain you, I help you reconnect with your voice and your needs to feel more confident and secure.
